Family Yoga! Pilot this class for free all of March

Mondays at 7:00pm

This class is created for the whole family! Caregivers and children of all ages can enjoy the benefits of yoga together. This fun 45- minutes will be filled with movement, music, practicing yoga postures, playing games, mindfulness, and most importantly laughter and breathing. No need to bring anything more than your smile.

 

Angela earned an accredited yoga teaching certification. She regularly taught yoga at a pre-school and has spent time playing with breath, mindfulness, and reading in her two daughter’s Elementary school. Angela loves sharing her passions and holding space for community and fun.

Slow Flow + Reiki

Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Rejuvenate and find fluidity in this challenging beginner-friendly class of mindful, slow-paced movements. Each class is customized to every student's unique needs. Expect to relax while building greater flexibility and strength while breathing deeply. Each class concludes with a blissful reiki-infused savasana. Reiki is a positive energy healing technique that enables the body and mind to relax and heal itself. 

 

Katie is a certified 200-HR Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. She creates a safe space free of judgment where everyone can feel at ease. All levels are welcome, even first timers! 

Beginner Hatha Pilot this class for free all of March

Wednesdays at 11:00am

Classes include with variation: connection of mind and body, breath-work, laughter, slow to medium pace flowing of poses, breathing, holding of posture and poses, guided meditation, plus “flavor of the day”. 

 

The flavor of the day comes from request and her own personal practice. She believes yoga is for Every-BODY and it is important to listen and take responsibility for your body both on and off the mat. While listening to your body; challenge your stability, strength, flexibility, and the voice inside your head. Listening to your body helps you choose the appropriate variations. 

 

Angela earned a 200 hour accredited teaching certification in the style of Hatha Flow. Thanks to the vast experiences and differences in her teachers, Angela melts together her passions and exposes students to a variety of yoga.

Wednesdays at 7:30pm

Restorative Flow

Dave guides a deeply relaxing and intuitive restorative flow while focusing on grounding and compassionate energy. In his class you can expect to establish breath-to-body connection by practicing restorative movements and Pranayama (Breath-Work). Incorporating restorative flow into your routine can improve flexibility, better mood, and balance your Nervous System.

Dave is an EMT/Firefighter and is a certified 200-HR Yoga Teacher. He embodies a down to earth passion for yoga and welcomes all levels to his classes!

Heated Vinyasa

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am

Our Heated Vinyasa class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. We aim to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and both mental/physical stamina.

 

Baron Baptiste, the founder of this form of yoga, describes this practice as “the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.”

In this class Anna will offer variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses, and the frequency that they are repeated.

Anna is a certified 200-HR Yoga Teacher and Level 1 Steel Mace Artist. She enjoys teaching with focus on breathwork and self-care/self-love. Class is Intermediate Level. Some experience with Yoga recommended.

Chakra Flow

Thursdays at 7:00pm

Chakra Flow is a vibrant energy-focused class designed to bring balance to the Chakras and the Aura. This class focuses on cleansing, balancing, and opening the Chakras. Chakras are known as "Wheels" or energy centers within and around the body. If you feel like your energy is "stuck" then this is the class for you. Expect a challenging vinyasa-style flow for the first part of class, followed by beginner-friendly meditation practices. Move, destress, and create harmony throughout your body!

Katie is a certified 200-HR Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. She brings creativity and expertise of the energetic body to guide your experience! Some Yoga experience recommended but not required

Breathwork + Meditation

Saturdays at 8:30am

This style of class is often referred to as "The Yoga of Awareness." Its purpose is to tap into your creative, spiritual energy. This class raises awareness through meditation, vocalization, breath-work, and movement. Expect to move and flow but in a non-traditional way (no down dogs) and a beginner-friendly environment where you can explore this unique branch of Yoga. Suitable for ages 14-80. 

Amy will be leading us to experience true connection with our authentic self.  She teaches with abundant expertise of the yogic practice. Amy's presence is warm and welcoming!
