Beginner Steel Mace + Yoga  

Thursdays at 7:30pm

Anna and Katie embody free-spirited passion for teaching Yoga, Steel Mace, and mindful movements. They both teach with encouragement of all things self-love and self-care, as well as educating her students on the empowering benefits of biohackings. 

The class structure will follow basic dynamic movement for warm up, foundations in Steel Mace Flow, then cool down with Yoga Flow. Come hydrated and eat a light snack prior to class. Anna and Katie encourage breath work, water breaks, and options to take restful poses if you ever feel overwhelmed. If you have any questions about classes please email us at info@bucktobasics.com

Slow Flow + Reiki

Tuesdays at 6:30pm

Rejuvenate and find fluidity in this challenging beginner-friendly class of mindful, slow-paced movements. Each class is customized to every student's unique needs. Expect to relax while building greater flexibility and strength while breathing deeply. Each class concludes with a blissful reiki-infused savasana. Reiki is a positive energy healing technique that enables the body and mind to relax and heal itself. 

 

Katie is a yoga teacher and reiki master. She creates a safe space free of judgment where everyone can feel at ease. All levels are welcome, even first timers! 

Wednesdays at 7:30pm

Hatha Yoga 

Ali teaches an intuitive Hatha yoga class with a Yin influence at times. She aims to be very personable and truly show a passion for helping others through the art of Yoga. She also oftens discusses with students ways they can benefit and nourish their bodies on and off the mat once they leave the studio.

Heated Power Vinyasa

Tuesdays + Thursdays 9:30am

Our Heated Power class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. We aim to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and both mental/physical stamina.

 

Baron Baptiste, the founder of this form of yoga, describes this practice as “the perfect blend of sweat and serenity.”

In this class we will offer variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses, and the frequency that they are repeated.

Kundalini Yoga

Saturdays at 10:30am

Kundalini is often referred to as "The Yoga of Awareness". It's purpose is to tap into your creative, spiritual energy by raising awareness through meditation, dynamic breath work, movements, and chanting.  

Amy will be leading us through this unique type of yoga where we can learn to experience true connection to our authentic self. Please stay tuned for more updates/information on how Kundalini differs from other types of yoga and why you might want to try it! 

Hip Hop Yoga 

Saturdays at 9:00am

Janell's Hip Hop Yoga class is an all levels class that takes an energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. We aim to incorporate strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, and both mental/physical stamina while focusing on the foundations and basics of yoga.
